How To Boost plugin allows you to add a boosting system to your server. This plugins is very useful for some servers! 

It explains how to put your server in the top of boost list from every country that is on gametracker.rs list. This version support all country (30 supported country)

• Requirements: 

- Counter-Strike 1.6 running server 

- Counter-Strole CZ running server 

 

• Features:

- Support all country that available on GTRS (30 country) (If your country is not on the list, there is an option for Paypal boost) 

- Every country logo on the boost motd 

- 3rd part menu (What is server boosting, boost reward, weekly boost) 

- Fixed and using latest SMS information from GTRS

• Cvars:

- htbs_message_time "x" (X in second, default is 30)

I have made this plugins in 2018 and i found it on my USB to i want to give you it guys, i will not update or fix any bug for that plugins feel free to do but guys you are not ALLOWED to change my name from the MOTD :D and another thing the real souce code of that plugins is not mine, i just edited it and i think the real version of that plugins is her but not fixed or its contain some bugs
